The A Listing is a new business acting as an online directory for companies and individuals involved in the production industry. The new site required nested category listings and the ability to upgrade accounts from standard to advanced listings.

The site was also developed from the start to be search engine friendly promoting so that the site categories can be found organically via search engines.

Hostpipe have consistently guided and steered the design of my site, keeping it true to its concept, focused on its function and optimised for its usability. It is a simple looking site on the outside but the database hidden in the background and the search capabilities needed are complex; like anything done properly it is made to look simple.
