When I started my company I delayed building a website because it seemed so complicated that I didn't know where to start. However, when clients and editors began to demanding a facility through which they could download press releases and large image files I realised that sorting out my website was becoming urgent.

One call to HostPipe made everything seem much less daunting. Caleb and Rob talked through what I wanted to achieve, then got on with the job of building it.

All I had to do was supply the content, my logo and a vague idea of how I wanted it to look. Their ability to interpret my imprecise thoughts was remarkable and they quickly delivered exactly what I was looking for.

I'm thrilled with my website because it looks great and I can easily manage the content without needing a degree in computer science. I was also very pleased with how quickly they got it up and running and with the cost, which was remarkably reasonable. Rob and Caleb have also resolved some general email issues I was having - not part of their remit but they were glad to help. In fact they are always willing to help, no matter how daft my IT questions must seem. I'm really glad they are there as my backup and I'd recommend them to anyone.
